Paul is the founder/owner of Plastics Manufacturing Resources (PMR) and started the company in January, 1998. After graduating from UMass Lowell with a BS in Plastics Engineering, Paul went to work for General Polymers, a global resin distribution company owned by Ashland Chemical, and spent 10 years selling resin to all different levels of manufacturers from custom molders and extruders to large captive molders both within the New England region and all over the country.

With a desire to gain insight into manufacturing, Paul took a Sales Mgmt role with a well-known thermoplastic & thermoset molder, which ultimately led to him starting the PMR Agency in 1998. Over the years, the team has grown and our impressive list of Principals continues to provide outstanding Mfg capabilities as well as Eng resources to our many customers in industries ranging from medical/diagnostics, military & defense, electronics, consumer products, sporting goods and industrial.

In his spare time, Paul loves to spend time with his family enjoying outdoor activities including skiing, hiking and golf as well as traveling throughout the US and abroad.

Dave Bisio is the Business Development Manager for Plastics Manufacturing Resources. Dave works extensively with PMR's Copper CRM system to help the company develop new customers with their programs for our factories. He is in constant communication with prospects to help them sort out their need for customer plastic parts, while also mining through the PMR sales funnel to keep the flow of opportunities coming. Dave has over 35 years of sales, distribution and sales administration experience having owned his own Rep Agency for over 30 years, selling sport goods and consumer products to well known retailers throughout the Northeast.

He joined PMR in 2016 and has memorized the phrase "Plastic is Fantastic" as part of his daily ritual with anyone he speaks to! Dave graduated from UMass Amherst and is an avid skier, golfer and hiker as well as an amateur flight simulator pilot, who enjoys spending time with his wife and family, including four beautiful grandchildren.

Warren’s technical sales career started in semiconductors at STMicroelectronics in 2000 managing a global account, which included site visits through North America, Europe, and Asia. Warren was first introduced to the world of plastics in 2010 while at a medical startup bringing a new product through the FDA 510K process. Outsourced plastic molding was a key component of the project and led him to join a local thermoformer, Mayfield Plastics.

He enjoyed building new relationships with the electro-mechanical community in New England, and that continued as he joined Sonoco Products Company, which provided a much broader offering of plastic processes. It was only a matter of time before Warren would connect with Paul Pirozzi and have the ideal situation of an entire portfolio of plastic processes to help his customers navigate and choose their best path forward.

In his spare time, Warren loves taking his wife and 3 children on “family adventures” to enjoy the lakes, ocean and mountains that are all close by.

Bill Lyons has worked as an Account Manager with PMR since Paul expanded the company in the beginning of 2015. After graduating from Nichols College in 2011 with a degree in Business, he worked in the Country Club industry in sales and management of events as well as completing the Enterprise Rental Car sales management program.

At PMR, his primary focus has been developing new leads, following up with new programs, marketing, and maintaining relationships with his customers and factories.

Bill loves to golf, ski, and spend time on the Cape with his wife and daughter with family and friends.

As an engineer, Walter has worked in Manufacturing R&D in the Diagnostic field. He completed his Master of Engineering at Boston University in Biomedical Engineering. Prior to which, he obtained his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Connecticut in 2018. At Boston University, he gained experience in Product Development & Design and observed over 50 hours of Otolaryngology procedures at Boston Medical Center. His studies at the University of Connecticut were focused on Biomaterials and Biomechanics. When he is not working, Walter’s favorite thing to do is spend the day on the lake.
